目的比较某医用仪表公司技术改造前后对汞作业工人健康状况的影响。方法按汞作业工人职业健康检查项目及周期规定进行职业健康检查。车间空气汞浓度按GBZ 159—2004和GBZ/T 160.14—2004规定采样和冷原子吸收光谱法测定,尿汞用酸性氯化亚锡还原-冷原子吸收光谱法测定。结果技术改造后车间空气汞浓度为(0.031±0.008)mg/m3,与改造前(0.093±0.012)mg/m3比较,显著下降(P<0.05);技术改造后汞作业工人尿汞浓度(0.042±0.011)mg/L,与改造前(0.181±0.009)mg/L比较,显著降低(P<0.05);技术改造后汞作业工人类神经症检出率(11.1%)、口腔炎检出率(20.0%),显著低于技术改造前(47.4%、38.1%,P<0.05)。结论该公司技术改造效果较好。推广医用仪表企业技术改造对保护汞作业工人健康及提高企业经济效益具有重要的现实意义。
Objective To compare the impact of a medical instrumentation company on the health status of mercury workers before and after technological transformation. Methods Occupational health examination was conducted according to the occupational health examination items and cycles of mercury workers. The concentration of mercury in the air of the workshop was measured according to the provisions of GBZ 159-2004 and GBZ / T 160.14-2004 and the determination of urinary mercury by acid stannous chloride reduction - cold atomic absorption spectrometry. Results After the technological transformation, the concentration of mercury in the air of workshop was (0.031 ± 0.008) mg / m3, which was significantly lower than that before the transformation (0.093 ± 0.012) mg / m3 (P <0.05) ± 0.011) mg / L, which was significantly lower than that before reformation (0.181 ± 0.009) mg / L (P <0.05) (20.0%), which was significantly lower than that before technical transformation (47.4%, 38.1%, P <0.05). Conclusion The company’s technology improvement effect is better. Promote medical instrumentation technological transformation of enterprises to protect the health of mercury workers and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises of great practical significance.
