调研了国内外法兰连接的研究及应用情况。通过性能对比提出了用于我国输电钢管塔的带颈法兰形式,提出了柔性带颈对焊法兰的设计流程及设计计算方法,给出了螺栓受力修正系数的取值,结合构造要求及施工条件提出了螺栓定位圆直径K的取值原则,并通过技术经济比较提出了不同法兰形式的适用范围。分别开展了Q345、Q420及Q460强度等级的带颈法兰节点轴拉承载力试验研究,并选取1 000 k V特高压双回线路中应用了柔性带颈法兰的8基钢管塔开展真型试验,并顺利通过了检验。所提出的柔性带颈对焊法兰设计计算方法以及构造、加工等方面的工程建议,已被纳入Q/GDW 391—2009《输电线路钢管塔构造设计规定》中。
Investigate the research and application of flange connection at home and abroad. Through the performance comparison, the necked flange form for the transmission steel pipe tower in our country is put forward. The design flow and design calculation method of the flexible necked butt welded flange are put forward. The values of the force correction coefficient of the bolt are given. And the construction conditions put forward the principle of the value of the diameter K of the bolt locating circle, and proposed the applicable range of different flange forms through technical and economic comparison. The bearing capacity tests of the flange joints with neck with Q345, Q420 and Q460 strength grades were carried out respectively, and the 8-type steel tube tower with flexible flange with flange was selected for the 1 000 k V UHV double-circuit line Test, and passed the test successfully. The proposed flexible neck weld flange design and calculation methods and construction, processing and other aspects of the project has been included in the Q / GDW 391-2009 “transmission line steel tower structure design requirements.”
