农林水产省果树试验场盛岗支场,为提高贮藏性较小、晚熟品种差的苹果早熟品种的耐藏性,曾连续进行过研究。其引人注目的是采用高温处理,抑制影响苹果品质的乙烯发生。采用高温处理抑制乙烯形成的方法,过去曾在番茄、洋梨、花椰菜上做过试验,均获得成功。因此,将该方法用到苹果贮藏
In order to improve the storage stability of precocious varieties of apple with low storage and poor late maturity, Sheng Kong Branch of Fruit Tree Experimental Station of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has conducted continuous research.
