人与物我们班自1958年开工到现在,十余年来,高速钢刃具质量一直不稳定,原因是设备不配套。我们使用的C—20高溫盐炉一直不能自动测溫,而高速钢淬火溫度需高达1200度,10度之差就会造成工件过热,因此刃具淬火不是过热就是加热不足,一直发生问題。加上沒有打砂设备和氧化处理设备,所以刃具表面盐迹斑斑,表面质量不好。
People and things Our class has been operating since 1958. Over the past ten years, the quality of high-speed steel cutting tools has been unstable due to the lack of equipment. The C-20 high-temperature salt furnace we used has not been able to automatically measure the temperature, and the high-temperature steel quenching temperature needs to be as high as 1200 degrees. A difference of 10 degrees will cause the workpiece to overheat. Therefore, the quenching of the cutting tool is not overheating or insufficient heating, and there have been problems. With no sanding equipment and oxidation treatment equipment, the surface of the blade is stained and the surface quality is not good.
