〕目的:观察用2.5%和5%氢氟酸处理VitaVMK68瓷不同时间对该瓷与树脂粘结强度的影响。方法:瓷分别酸蚀0~180s,每30s为一间隔,后与树脂粘结,测定其剪切粘结强度。结果:树脂几乎不与未经酸蚀处理的瓷发生粘结,与酸蚀处理的瓷粘结强度受酸蚀时间的影响,两种酸蚀剂酸蚀处理150s都可以获得最大粘结强度,分别达30.0MPa和35.4MPa,明显高于各自的对照组。粘结强度值与使用的瓷酸蚀剂的种类也有较大关系。结论:合理的酸蚀可使瓷—树脂获得理想的粘结强度;酸蚀时间对粘结强度有显著影响。
Objective: To observe the effect of VitaVMK68 porcelain treated with 2.5% and 5% hydrofluoric acid for different times on the bond strength between the porcelain and resin. Methods: The specimens were etched for 0 ~ 180s, respectively, every 30s, and then bonded to the resin to measure the shear bond strength. Results: Almost no adhesion of the resin with the porcelain without acid etching, the bond strength with acid etching porcelain affected by the etching time, the two acid etching agent etching 150s can get the maximum bond strength, Respectively 30.0MPa and 35.4MPa, significantly higher than the respective control group. The bond strength value is also related to the type of porcelain etchant used.
