目的:建立芒毛苣苔药材的质量标准,为该药材质量控制提供依据。方法:参照《中国药典》(2015年版)方法对芒毛苣苔药材性状、显微、水分、灰分及醇溶性浸出物进行检测;以5,7-二羟基-6,4’-二甲氧基黄酮为对照品,分别采用TLC和HPLC进行定性鉴别和含量测定。结果:性状、显微鉴别和TLC法鉴别具有专属性;芒毛苣苔药材的水分为8.9%~11.0%,总灰分为3.9%~7.4%,醇溶性提取物为11.0%~15.9%;HPLC含量测定方法学结果表明5,7-二羟基-6,4’-二甲氧基黄酮进样量在0.108 2~1.082μg具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD 1.1%,6批样品含5,7-二羟基-6,4’-二甲氧基黄酮在0.62%~0.88%。结论:建立的方法可用于芒毛苣苔药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Morus alba L. herbs and provide the basis for the quality control of this herb. Methods: According to “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” (2015 edition) method to test the properties, microscopic, moisture, ash and alcohol-soluble extracts of the wild herbs of Monochamus furcata. The 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4’- Flavonoids as reference substance, respectively, by TLC and HPLC qualitative identification and determination. Results: Traits, microscopic identification and TLC identification were specific. The water content was 8.9% ~ 11.0%, the total ash content was 3.9% -7.4% and the alcohol-soluble extract was 11.0% -15.9%. HPLC The content of 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4’-dimethoxy flavonoids showed good linearity in the range of 0.108 2 ~ 1.082 μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.7% RSD 1.1%, six batches of samples containing 5,7-dihydroxy-6,4’-dimethoxy flavonoids 0.62% ~ 0.88%. Conclusion: The established method can be used for the quality control of Curcuma longanica.
