膝关节是人体内最大、结构最复杂的一个关节,它在体育运动中最常见的运动损伤之一。在武术套路运动中,损伤的发生率较高。膝关节损伤后,往往影响运动员的运动能力及运动成绩,甚至危害身体,健康,缩短运动寿命。为此,本文通过对体院武术系武术套路运动员调查分析,探讨武术套路运动员膝关节的损伤的原因、机理及其特征,为教练员和运动员提供理论依据。
