养生学告诉人们一个道理:吃饭要七分饱,过饱容易消化不良。我们的课堂也是这样。一堂课的教学任务不能安排太多,学生上一堂任务太多的课也会得“消化不良”症,最终导致“厌食”。在倡导有效课堂甚至高效课堂的今天,不少教师曲解高效课堂的内涵,把大容量、高效率当成了课堂教学的目标。一堂课安排许多教学内容,设置许多教学环节,把课堂的每一分每一秒都安排得满满的,使整堂课的每一分每一秒都达到饱和状态,学生跟着教师设置的快节奏匆忙地往前奔。这种状况尤其在公开课、展示课、比赛课中几成常态,令人忧虑。同一个班内学生的学习能力、所处水平是不同的,要让所有学生都跟上快节奏的教学是不可能的。大容量、高效率的课堂如果成了常态,课堂
