为减少矿物燃料的使用,充分利用可再生资源,改善普通沥青的性能缺陷,介绍了一种由生物炭改性的新型路面材料——生物炭改性沥青。介绍了生物炭的特点及来源,阐述了生物炭改性沥青及其混合料的制备过程和性能分析,指出进一步的研究建议。研究表明,生物炭具有碳性质和形态,其加入普通沥青中可以改善其抗老化性能,且温度敏感性有所降低。此外,生物炭改性沥青混合料的水稳定性、抗裂性和抗车辙性能均优于普通沥青混合料。生物炭改性沥青提高了沥青混凝土路面的使用性能,同时具备可再生性和环境友好性,为道路材料提供了发展新途径,可为我国道路工程中的研究应用提供参考。
In order to reduce the use of fossil fuels, make full use of renewable resources and improve the performance defects of ordinary asphalt, a new biochar modified pavement material named biocokes modified bitumen was introduced. The characteristics and sources of biochar were introduced. The preparation process and performance analysis of biochar modified bitumen and its mixture were described, and further research suggestions were pointed out. Studies have shown that biochar has carbon properties and morphology, its addition to ordinary asphalt can improve its anti-aging properties, and reduce the temperature sensitivity. In addition, biochar modified asphalt mixture has better water stability, crack resistance and rutting resistance than ordinary asphalt mixture. Biochar modified bitumen can improve the service performance of asphalt concrete pavement, as well as being renewable and environment-friendly, providing a new way of development for road materials and providing a reference for the research and application of road engineering in China.
