终身学习的思想火花在我国古代早已有之,但现代意义上的终身学习思想始于20世纪60年代后期,是伴随着终身教育及其相关理念的普及和认识的深化而逐渐产生的。终身学习的核心要义即:学习是人生一个“终身的过程”。本文旨在从终身学习理念的形成入手,探讨其在人发展过程中的价值要义。21世纪,终身学习超越教育范畴成为生存范畴的概念后,终身学习力成为人全面发展的核心要素。最后本文试图从终身学习的特征出发,探索可提升人学习力、促进人发展的学习模式。
The idea of lifelong learning has existed in ancient China for a long time, but the idea of lifelong learning in the modern sense started in the late 1960s and gradually came along with the deepening of the popularization and understanding of lifelong education and its related concepts. The essence of lifelong learning is that learning is a life-long process. The purpose of this article is to start with the formation of the concept of lifelong learning and explore its value meaning in the process of human development. In the 21st century, when lifelong learning goes beyond education and becomes the concept of living category, lifelong learning becomes a core element in the all-round development of people. Finally, this article attempts to start from the characteristics of lifelong learning to explore learning patterns that can enhance human learning and promote human development.
