采用可控串联补偿(TCSC)可以提高长距离弱联系系统的电网输送能力、阻尼系统低频振荡、提高系统稳定性。合理的控制策略能使TCSC产生更有效的作用。成碧线220kV的TCSC系统控制策略主要针对电力系统的暂态稳定和阻尼振荡2个阶段进行设计,其控制器主要由阻抗控制环节、阻尼控制环节、暂态稳定控制环节以及保护环节、延时环节组成。系统试验证明:成碧线220kV的TCSC装置能够平滑、快速地进行阻抗调节,有效阻尼系统低频振荡,提高系统稳定性。
The controllable series compensation (TCSC) can improve the power transmission capacity of long-distance weak contact system, damp the low-frequency oscillation of the system and improve the system stability. Reasonable control strategy can make TCSC produce a more effective role. The control strategy of 220kV TCSC system of Cheng-Bi Line is mainly designed for two stages of transient stability and damping oscillation of power system. The controller is mainly composed of impedance control section, damping control section, transient stability control section and protection section. Link composed.
