美国石油学会(API)1983年5月出版了第三版 API 941“炼油厂和石油化工厂高温高压临氢作业用钢”。该资料提供了炼油厂和石油化工厂加工高温高压氢气或含氢流体的设备用钢的安全范围。它己单独形成为一个指导性资料。第三版 API941提供的是目前最新可行的数据。1.简介自1977年第二版 API 941出版后,己根据工厂的生产实践对图1到图6进行部分修改。图1为“临氢作业用钢防止脱碳和裂纹的操作极限”。该图系基于钢材抗高温和氢压下脱碳和微裂的性能而绘制的。图1的原始版本是1949年美国石油学会提出
American Petroleum Institute (API) in May 1983 published the third edition of API 941 “oil refinery and petrochemical plant high temperature and pressure hydrogen steel.” This data provides safe areas for refineries and petrochemical plants to process equipment steels with high temperatures and pressures of hydrogen or hydrogen-containing fluids. It has been formed as a separate guideline. Third Edition API941 provides the latest available data. 1. Introduction Since the publication of the second edition of API 941 in 1977, Figures 1 to 6 have been partially modified according to the factory’s production practices. Figure 1 is “hydrogen operation of steel to prevent decarbonization and crack operating limits.” The graph is based on the resistance of steel to decarburization and micro-cracking under hydrogen pressure. The original version of Figure 1 was proposed by the American Petroleum Institute in 1949
