对587例人工晶状体植入术进行回顾分析。结果显示：术中并发症为后囊混浊、虹膜粘连、玻璃体脱出、后弹力层脱离；术后并发症为手术性散光、继发青光眼、后囊增厚等。术后并发症是影响视力的重要因素。
587 cases of intraocular lens implantation were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that intraoperative complications were posterior capsular opacities, iris adhesions, vitreous prolapse and detachment of posterior elastic layer. Postoperative complications included surgical astigmatism, secondary glaucoma, and posterior capsular thickening. Postoperative complications is an important factor affecting visual acuity.
