对温度引起面伺服磁盘驱动器的磁头偏道特性进行了全面分析。驱动器工作时自身发热和环境温度的变化都能引起磁头的偏道。温度导致的磁头偏道有两个基本特征:一是磁头的偏道量和磁头距伺服头距离成正比;二是磁头的热偏道量随环境温度、工作时间和磁头位置不断地动态变化。研究磁头热偏道的基本特征对设计低热变形的硬盘驱动器及其补偿方法具有一定的指导作用。
A comprehensive analysis of the head offset characteristics of the surface-servo disk drive was made. Drive their own heat and ambient temperature changes can cause head offset. Temperature-induced head offset has two basic characteristics: First, the head offset and head distance from the servo head is proportional to the second is the head of the heat offset with the ambient temperature, working hours and head position continuously dynamic changes. Studying the basic characteristics of magnetic head offsetting has some guidance for the design of hard disk drive with low thermal deformation and its compensation method.
