贵州省黔西县绿原食品开发有限公司于2001年成立,注册资本金1165万元,是一家集刺梨基地发展、农副产品加工、出口贸易为一体的综合性企业。2009年3月,公司入驻毕节试验区黔西承接产业转移基地,厂区占地面积16000平方米,拥有现代先进刺梨加工生产配套设施,以贵州高原野生刺梨果为原料,开发刺梨系列产品,项目计划总投资2.5亿元(含刺梨系列保健食品的开发、5万亩刺梨基地的建设)。2014年3月24日,公司在上海股权交易中心挂牌上市(挂牌简称“金刺维”代码:200559)。
