通过以原材料绿色创新的供应链协同模式的实现机制为着力点,探索生产商和供应商在原材料绿色创新中的利益诉求及决策考量,以期能够形成原材料绿色创新协同机制,为生产商和供应商提供绿色原材料创新过程中的最优决策,实现生产商、供应商利润最大化,促进供应链生态化的良性发展态势。研究表明,供应链中原材料绿色创新的供应链协同模式的建立具备可行性,生产商能通过绿色创新的支持带来额外的利润,供应商接受合作比不接受合作时的收益更高,而供应商是否进行绿色创新取决于绿色创新所带来的原材料绿色化程度及原材料绿色化所带来的产量。综上所述,生产商通过最优绿色创新支持策略实现利润最大化,供应商则需要在此基础上不断提高绿色创新效率,以获取更大收益。
