目的 通过对脑出血应激状态下血浆内皮素1(ET1)变化规律的研究,为脑出血的治疗提供新方法。方法 对30例脑出血应激性高血糖患者血浆ET1水平在发病24h、48h、72h及第7d、14d的含量进行测定并与脑出血非高血糖组及正常人组比较。结果 应激性高血糖组血浆ET1水平明显升高,急性期1~3d维持在较高水平,以后随时间呈下降趋势;ET1与血糖、血压呈直线正相关;ET1水平越高,则预后越差。结论 脑出血患者血浆ET1水平升高与应激反应有关,且对预后产生不利影响。
Objective To study the changes of plasma endothelin-1 (ET-1) under the condition of cerebral hemorrhage and to provide a new method for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 30 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with stress hyperglycemia ET 1 levels at onset of 24h, 48h, 72h and 7d, 14d content was measured and compared with non-hyperglycemia and normal group of intracerebral hemorrhage. Results The levels of plasma ET-1 in stress hyperglycemia group were significantly higher than that in acute hyperlipidemia group, and remained stable at 1 ~ 3d in acute phase, then decreased with time; ET1 was positively correlated with blood glucose and blood pressure; ET1 level The higher the worse the prognosis. Conclusion The elevated plasma levels of ET-1 in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage are related to stress response, and have an adverse effect on prognosis.
