当前,全球环境问题日益突出,特别是大城市环境污染严重,已成为城市社会经济协调发展的制肘。森林对于城市有什么意义?城市林业有什么作用与功能?怎样发展城市林业以促进城市生态良性循环?本刊现以“城市林业”为栏,就以上问题进行讨论。在这一期里,我们首先约请了北京市林业局和首都绿化委员会的几位同志谈了有关他们对北京林业与城市发展的见解。热忱希望广大林业工作者和热心读者参与“城市林业”的讨论。 At present, the global environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. Especially in the big cities, environmental pollution has become a serious obstacle to the coordinated development of urban socio-economy. What is the significance of the forest for the city? What role and function of urban forestry? How to develop urban forestry to promote a virtuous circle of urban ecology? This issue shows the “urban forestry” as a bar, to discuss the above issues. During this period, we first invited several colleagues from the Beijing Forestry Bureau and the Capital Greening Committee to talk about their opinions on the development of forestry and cities in Beijing. Warmly hope that the majority of foresters and enthusiastic readers to participate in the “urban forestry” discussion.
