目的:探讨栀子蜂蜜膏对兔急性软组织损伤的影响。方法:34只新西兰大白兔,随机分为正常组4只,实验组10只,扶他林组10只,对照组10只。采取改良击打法制造兔急性软组织损伤模型,造模30min后,实验组外敷栀子蜂蜜膏,扶他林组外用涂抹扶他林,对照组外敷生理盐水纱布,外敷面积略大于击打面积,2次/d.分别于造模后、给药第3天、给药第7天做局部损伤病理组织切片,并记录每天的损伤积分。ELISA法测定各组损伤组织中给药第3天、第7天IL-1及TNF-α含量。各项数据釆用(x±s)表示,用SPSS 18.0软件进行t检验,P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结果:实验组在局部外用栀子蜂蜜膏后,软组织损伤积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且优于扶他林组;实验组局部外用栀子蜂蜜膏第3天和第7天后,与对照组比较,局部损伤软组织病理形态学有明显改善。在给药第3天和第7天后,实验组兔局部损伤组织内IL-1含量高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01),低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01),并且低于扶他林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05);在给药第3天和第7天后,实验组兔局部损伤软组织内TNF-α含量高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01),低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01),并且低于扶他林组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:栀子蜂蜜膏可以明显改善兔急性软组织损伤局部症状,可以减少兔局部损伤软组织(肌肉)炎性细胞浸润;栀子蜂蜜膏可以降低兔局部损伤软组织中炎性因子IL-1及TNF-α的含量;栀子蜂蜜膏治疗兔急性软组织损伤的机制可能是通过抑制局部损伤组织中IL-1及TNF-α的表达而起作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Zhizi honey cream on acute soft tissue injury in rabbits. Methods: Thirty - four New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: normal group (n = 10), experimental group (n = 10), fufarin group (n = 10) and control group (n = 10). The model of acute soft tissue injury was established by modified striking method. After 30 minutes of modeling, topical honey cream and toparinate were applied in the experimental group and topical saline gauze in the control group. The topical area was slightly larger than the hit area, twice per day After modeling, on the 3rd day of administration, local injury pathological sections were made on the 7th day of administration and the daily injury scores were recorded. The contents of IL-1 and TNF-α on the 3rd and 7th days in each group were measured by ELISA. The data preclude the use of (x ± s) said, using SPSS 18.0 software t test, P <0.05 difference was statistically significant. Results: After topical application of Gardenia honey cream, the scores of soft tissue injury in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05), and were better than that of fupaxalin group. In the experimental group, After 7 days, compared with the control group, local injury soft tissue histopathology improved significantly. The level of IL-1 in local injury group was higher than that in normal group on the 3rd day and the 7th day after administration (P <0.01, P <0.01), lower than the control group (P <0.01) (P <0.05, P <0.05). On the 3rd day and the 7th day after administration, the content of TNF-αin the soft tissue of the local injury group was higher than that of the control group In the normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.01), lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01, P <0.01), and lower than the supporting group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhizi honey cream can significantly improve the local symptoms of acute soft tissue injury in rabbits, can reduce local infiltration of inflamed soft tissue (muscle) in rabbits; Gardenia honey cream can reduce local injury of soft tissue inflammatory factor IL-1 and TNF- α content; Zhizi honey cream treatment of acute rabbit acute soft tissue injury may be through the inhibition of local injury in the expression of IL-1 and TNF-α and play a role.
