企业的现代化、全球化、数字化建设进程不断推进,但国内大多数企业的档案管理岗位却一直处在一个尴尬的地位,总是在企业减员增效改革的浪潮中颠簸起伏。一直以来,企业专职档案管理岗位的设置,受到来自企业内部的阻力。从事企业档案管理人员也常会感到一种深深的不安和莫名的压力,导致在现实情境中,大家时常会处于一种“失语”的境地。企业档案的集体失语困境具体表现为:
The process of modernization, globalization and digitization of enterprises has been continuously promoted.
