Many countries in the world have promulgated corresponding rules and regulations to prevent chemical accidents during the daily operation of the plant. However, it turns out that the rules in the existing rules are not enough if certain conditions are not considered as important factors. There are many kinds of this particular situation, the most common ones being technical disasters such as chemical (or chemical) accidents triggered by natural disasters. This type of technical disaster, known as Natechs, is a new word constructed by the English Natural and Technological Disasters. Natural disasters usually act on a larger scale.
