以偶氮氯膦 -m A为显色剂建立了一种新的测定微量钌 (Ⅲ )的催化流动注射光度法并用均匀设计通过2 4次试验对 5种测定条件进行了同时优化 ,得到了最佳的实验条件 .利用统计回归分析对均匀设计的结果进行了模拟 ,确定了对响应影响最强的因素 .该方法已用于精矿和二次合金中钌 ( )的测定 ,回收率为 96.0 %~1 0 5 % .
A novel catalytic flow injection spectrophotometry for the determination of trace ruthenium (Ⅲ) was established by using chlorophosphonazo-m A as chromogenic reagent and the simultaneous determination of five conditions was carried out by a uniform design through 24 experiments. The best experimental conditions.The results of uniform design were simulated by statistical regression analysis to determine the factors that have the strongest impact on the response.The method has been applied to the determination of ruthenium in concentrate and secondary alloys.The recovery rate is 96.0% ~ 105%.
