传统火炕炕面温差很大,为提高炕面温度分布的均匀性、延长炕面供暖时间,将石蜡与炕体相结合以充分利用相变材料的恒温蓄换热特性,对比测试传统火炕房间与相变火炕房间的相关温度。测试结果表明:传统火炕的炕面温差很大,最大温差接近80℃,而相变蓄能火炕的炕面温度分布较为均匀,炕面最大温差仅5℃;此外,相变火炕房间的室内温度熄火后仍呈现上升趋势,直至凌晨之后才开始下降,其室内平均温度比普通房间高2.93℃。相变蓄热火炕显著改善了炕面温度分布的均匀性,有效延长了供暖时间并提高了室内温度,因而有助于改善农居室内及炕面的热舒适性。
