非洲菊是近年来迅速发展的重要切花种类,由于非洲菊靠分株繁殖,繁殖率低,良种推广缓慢。本试验用花托作外植体,在加有10mg/1 BA和0.5mg/1ⅠAA的1/2浓度MS培养基上诱导出芽,在加有10mg/1 KT和0.5mg/1ⅠAA的培养基上增殖,并在加有0.03mg/1NAA的1/2浓度培养基上诱导生根,繁殖出了大量能保持原品种种性的非洲菊种苗,推广后起到较高的经济效益。
