为加强学校食堂卫生监督管理,保障师生饮食卫生安全,我们于1999年7月对全市65所中小学食堂进行了一次全面卫生监督检查。现将结果报告如下。1 材料与方法1.1 内容 包括卫生许可证,健康合格证,个人卫生、原料贮存、加工烹调、餐具消毒及食堂内外环境卫生、学校食堂卫生制度及学校内部管理、奖罚规定等。1.2 方法 由食品卫生监督员按监督检查内容现场进行逐项检查、登记,对存在的问题,提出整改意见。2 结果
In order to strengthen the health supervision and management of school canteens and ensure the hygiene and health of teachers and students, we conducted a comprehensive health inspection and inspection of 65 primary and secondary school canteens in the city in July 1999.
