分析了板坯厚度和3D喷淋技术对400 mm特厚板坯角横裂纹的影响。研究表明,对于400 mm特厚板坯,钢的第Ⅲ脆性区的力学性能,是产生角横裂纹的内因;矫直段铸坯角部冷却强度过大是形成角横裂纹的外因。在此基础上,提出了改善400 mm特厚板坯角横裂纹的有效措施,经实施应用后,明显减轻了400 mm特厚板坯角横裂纹缺陷,钢坯切角率降低到0.35%,有效改善了钢坯的表面质量。
The influence of slab thickness and 3D spray technology on the transverse crack of 400 mm thick slab was analyzed. The results show that for the 400 mm thick slab, the mechanical properties of the third brittleness zone of steel are the internal cause of horizontal and lateral cracks. The excessive cooling strength at the corners of straightening slab is the external cause of forming horizontal and lateral cracks. On this basis, the effective measures to improve the corner crack of 400 mm thick slab are put forward. After application, the transverse crack of 400 mm thick slab is obviously reduced, and the cutting angle of slab is reduced to 0.35% Improve the surface quality of the billet.
