目的　总结云南省新型农村合作医疗试点县工作经验与教训 ,以利新型农村合作医疗持续发展。方法　采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究。结果　云南省 2 0个试点县已建立了新型农村合作医疗制度 ,试点工作成绩突出。结论　云南省新型农村合作医疗制度是有效的 ,建议进一步开展基线调查 ,进行科学的补偿测算 ,完善新型农村合作医疗制度 Objective To summarize the experience and lessons learned from pilot projects of new rural cooperative medical system in Yunnan Province to facilitate the sustainable development of new rural cooperative medical system. Methods The epidemiological field research methods were used to study. Results 20 pilot counties in Yunnan Province have established a new type of rural cooperative medical system, with outstanding achievements in pilot projects. Conclusion Yunnan’s new rural cooperative medical system is effective, it is recommended to further carry out baseline surveys, make scientific compensation estimates, improve the new rural cooperative medical system
