1 Introduction Under the national “863 Program” project, the China Science and Technology Promotion and Development Research Center of the State Science and Technology Commission undertook the “software project of China’s computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS) scenario prediction”. The computer integrated manufacturing system is the direction of future factory automation, and it is a high technology in development. It is an independently developed computer-aided design (CAD), computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), flexible manufacturing system (FMS), manufacturing resource planning (MRP-II), and timely processing.
