本文报道援外人员中感染罗阿丝虫病43例的临床症状及治疗探讨.本组病例潜伏期1～5年.临床表现以爬行肿、爬行感及皮肤搔痒为多见,少数可见成虫爬出体外、淋巴结肿大、睾丸肿大及乳糜尿等.实验室检查可有嗜酸性粒细胞增多及微丝蚴阳性.治疗药物有海群生,海群生加左旋咪唑或呋喃嘧酮等.
