目的:研究不同采收期板蓝根产量和检测成分(R,S)-告依春含量变化,确定河西走廊民乐县栽培板蓝根的最佳采收期。方法:采用单因素试验,设置9月1日、9月11日、9月21日、10月2日、10月12日、10月22日、11月2日、11月12日和11月22日9个采收时期,室内测定板蓝根药材产量,高效液相色谱法测定(R,S)-告依春含量,比较各时期差异。结果:板蓝根根干重随生长天数呈现“S”型曲线变化趋势,符合Logistic生长模型,方程为y=11.606/(1+e~(3.385-0.0301x))(R~2=0.9506,P<0.01);9月产量最低,单株产量仅5.2~6.759 g,11月产量最高,单株产量达9.79~9.96 g;(R,S)-告依春含量10月12日最低,为0.008%,11月12日最高,达0.083%,并显著高于其他采收期;综合产量和(R,S)-告依春含量最佳采收期应为11月10~18日。结论:民乐县板蓝根的最佳采收期为11月中旬。
OBJECTIVE: To study the yield and content of R, S and Y in different harvest periods, and to determine the best harvesting date for Radix Isatidis in Minle County, Hexi Corridor. Methods: The single factor test was used to set up September 1, September 11, September 21, October 2, October 12, October 22, November 2, November 12 and November On the 22nd, 9 harvesting times, the yield of Radix isatidis was determined indoors, and the content of (R, S) -dependent on the spring content was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results: The root dry weight of Radix isatidis showed the trend of “S” curve with the number of days of growth and was in accordance with Logistic growth model. The equation was y = 11.606 / (1 + e ~ 3.385-0.0301x) P <0.01). The lowest yield in September was 5.2 ~ 6.759 g per plant and the highest yield in November was 9.79-9.96 g per plant. The lowest (R, S) 0.008%, the highest on November 12, up to 0.083%, and was significantly higher than the other harvest period; comprehensive yield and (R, S) - told by the spring of the best harvest should be November 10 to 18. Conclusion: The best harvest time of Banlangen in Minle County is mid-November.
