我国发明的“齿轮整体误差测量新技术”获得国家发明二等奖。根据这项发明生产的单面啮合齿轮整体误差测量仪,已在国内很多齿轮生产厂、科研机关和高等院校使用,受到用户的欢迎,获得有关专家的高度评价。同时,这种齿轮误差测量仪器也受到国外专家和厂商的高度重视和很高评价,有的要求技术转让,有的要求订购或代理销售。如西德著名齿轮专家Winter教授来华看到这种仪器后,给予高度评价,并主动建议把这项技术转让到西德生产;又如日本大阪精密机械株式会社总工程师铃木充男先生在日本机械学会关西支部第137次讲习会上论述齿轮测量技术及其发展动向时,把我国发明的此项新技术列为齿轮误差测量技术发展的方向之一。铃木充男的论文已收入该讲习会出版的论文集《齿轮传动机构的最新技术》中。本刊现将该文译出发表,供广大读者参考。
China’s invention of “gear error measurement of the new technology” won the second prize of national invention. According to the invention, the single-sided meshing gear overall error measuring instrument has been used by many gear manufacturing plants, research institutes and institutions of higher learning in China and is welcomed by users and highly praised by relevant experts. At the same time, this gear error measuring instruments have also been highly valued by foreign experts and manufacturers and high evaluation, and some require technology transfer, and some require ordering or sales agents. Such as West Germany, a famous gear expert Professor Winter came to China to see this instrument, give a high evaluation, and take the initiative to recommend the transfer of technology to West Germany production; another Osaka, Japan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. Chief Engineer Mr. Suzuki Shonan in Japan Machinery Society of Kansai Branch 137th seminar on gear measurement technology and its development trend, the invention of our new technology as a gear error measurement technology development direction. Mr. Suzuki’s paper has been included in the essay “The latest technology in gear transmissions” published in this workshop. This issue appeared in the publication translated for reference readers.
