凌源市自1981年开始,以小流域为单元进行水土保持综合治理,到1990年已治理106条,遍布全市29个乡镇.经过综合治理的小流域,现已初具规模,形成了有机的综合防护体系.为了论证水土保持小流域综合治理的经济效益,探讨发展山区经济的有效措施,本文运用静态计算方法,对全市十年来实施的水土保持措施,包括水平梯田、新建果园、果园低改、用材林、经济林、薪炭林、封山育林、工程内种草和闸沟造地等10项措施,进行直接经济效益分析.
