课堂是提高教育教学质量、促进学生成长和发展的主阵地,可以说,谁抓住了课堂,谁就抓住了教育教学工作的关键。审视当前的小学数学课堂这个主阵地,还有许多教师没有抓牢。课堂上教师教得疲惫,学生学得吃力,但课堂效率却不高,关键是数学知识点得不到有效的落实,学生的数学素养得不到提升和发展。如何改变这种现状?通过这几年来对EEPO有效教育模式的实验,笔者发现,
