本文报导大鼠循环血心钠素(ANP)含量和几种微量元素的水平。结果表明:锌组血浆ANP明显高于铜组和对照组(P<0.001),而铜组低于对照组(P<0.05)。血清铜含量以铜组高于锌组。和对照(p<0.05);血清锌含量从锌组高于铜组。铜组ANP与血清Cu呈显著负相关。锌组ANP与血清Zn呈显著正相关。同时还测定血清硒和锂。本实验已显示四种微量元素与ANP有一定相关。
This article reports the level of circulating atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) and several trace elements in rats. The results showed that plasma ANP in zinc group was significantly higher than that in copper group and control group (P<0.001), while copper group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Serum copper levels were higher in the copper group than in the zinc group. And controls (p<0.05); serum zinc levels were higher in the zinc group than in the copper group. Copper group ANP was significantly negatively correlated with serum Cu. There was a significant positive correlation between zinc in the zinc group and serum Zn. Serum selenium and lithium were also measured. This experiment has shown that there are certain correlations between four trace elements and ANP.
