通过采用3因素3水平的正交试验方法分别考察水灰比(W/C=0.3、0.32、0.35)、碳纳米管(CNT)掺量(wCNT=0.1%、0.2%、0.3%)、KH550掺量(wKH55=0.1%、0.3%、0.5%)对硅烷防水剂改性CNT/水泥基复合材料(rCNTRC)试件抗冻融破坏的影响。通过快冻法分析质量损失率(MLR)、相对动弹模量损失(RDM)指标测试rCNTRC的抗冻融循环能力。结果表明:W/C=0.32,wCNT=0.3%,wKH55=0.1%的抗冻性能最好,经150次冻融循环后,F10组的rCNTRC试件的MLR和RDM分别降低1.05%和18%左右。为发展抗冻性能优良的水泥基本征传感器提供了可能。
The water - cement ratio (W / C = 0.3,0.32,0.35), CNTs content (wCNT = 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%) and KH550 Effect of dosage (wKH55 = 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%) on freezing resistance and thawing resistance of CNT / cement based composites (rCNTRC) modified by silane waterproofing agent. The resistance to freeze-thaw cycles of rCNTRC was tested by fast-freeze analysis of mass loss (MLR) and relative dynamic elastic modulus loss (RDM). The results showed that the frost resistance of WCN = 0.32, wCNT = 0.3% and wKH55 = 0.1% was the best. After 150 freeze-thaw cycles, the MLR and RDM of FCN group decreased by 1.05% and 18% about. It is possible to develop cement-based sensors with excellent antifreeze properties.
