已经设计和试验了由两个彼此接触和正交的微波腔体构成的X波段的微波滤波器,两个腔体中间有一个夹心层结构的YIG—GGG—YIG样品。在一般的情况下,两个腔不会相互发生电磁耦合,但通过夹心层结构却可以耦合。这种夹心层结构放在两个腔体之间,使每个腔体里都有一YIG膜。耦合量可以由静磁场|H|和H与膜面间的角度改变。在改善微波滤波器的性能方面,两个YIG膜的平行层是必不可少的。
An X-band microwave filter consisting of two microwave cavities in contact with and orthogonal to each other has been designed and tested, with a YIG-GGG-YIG sample of a sandwich structure in the middle of the two cavities. Under normal conditions, the two cavities do not electromagnetically couple with each other, but they can be coupled through a sandwich structure. This sandwich structure is placed between two cavities so that each cavity has a YIG film. The amount of coupling can be changed by the static magnetic field | H | and the angle between H and the membrane surface. Parallel layers of two YIG films are essential in improving the performance of microwave filters.
