企业职教:让人欢喜让人忧──对河南省部分城市企业职工教育工作状况的调查

今年5月中旬,我们对河南省郑州、信阳、平顶山三市部分企业的职工教育工作采取问卷调查、实地考察和召开座谈会相结合的形式,先后召开了有27家企业工会和企业教育部门负责人参加的座谈会,对其中的22家企业进行了问卷调查,并实地走访了平顶山建东支行、郑州长城铝业公司、郑州沙龙达农药公司等单位。从调查看:职工队伍文化素质呈金字塔状:初中及初中以下文化程度者占48.45%,高中及中专学历者占36.88%,大专以上学历者占13.66%。其中,劳动密集型企业中,初中及初中以下学历者占51.83%,高中及中专学历者占35.65%,大专以上文化学历者占12.97%。在资金与技术密集型企业中,初中及初中以下文化程度者占25.69%,高中及中专学历者占46.22%,大专以上文化程度者占18.11%,比劳动密集型企业高出5.14个百分点。职工队伍技术素质高原化:初级工约占17.28%,中级工约占30.4%,高级工约占21.06%;技师约占4.17%,高级技术师约占1.28%。目前拥有初级职称者占15.96%,拥有中级职称者占9.05%,拥有高级职称者占1.01%左右。其中,劳动密集型企业中,初级工占19.97%,中级工占37.12%,高级工占12.68%;技师占2.12%;高级技师占0.54%。目前拥有初级职称者占10.8%,拥有中级职称者占4.71%? In mid-May of this year, we took part in a questionnaire survey, field trips and symposiums on the part of workers’ education in some enterprises in Zhengzhou, Xinyang and Pingdingshan cities of Henan Province, and held 27 corporate unions and corporate education departments People attended the symposium, of which 22 companies conducted a survey, and on-site visits to the Pingdingshan Jian Dong branch, Zhengzhou Great Wall Aluminum Company, Zhengzhou Sharon Pesticide Company and other units. According to the survey, the cultural qualifications of staff and workers are pyramid: 48.45% of them have junior high school and junior high school education, 36.88% have high school and secondary school education, and 13.66% have college education or above. Among them, labor-intensive enterprises, junior high school and junior high school education accounted for 51.83%, high school and secondary school education accounted for 35.65%, college education accounted for 12.97%. Among the capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprises, 25.69% of them have junior high school and junior high school education, 46.22% have high school and secondary school education, 18.11% have college education or above, 5.14 percentage points higher than that of labor-intensive enterprises. The technical quality of the workforce is highland: 17.28% of junior staff, 30.4% of mid-level staff, 21.06% of senior staff, about 4.17% of technicians and 1.28% of senior technicians. At present, 15.96% have primary titles, 9.05% have intermediate titles, and 1.01% have senior titles. Among them, labor-intensive enterprises, accounting for 19.97% junior, mid-level workers accounted for 37.12%, 12.68% senior workers; technicians accounted for 2.12%; senior technicians accounted for 0.54%.
