目的 :本文将对这两种药物放疗增敏作用对正常组织 (脊髓 )的晚期损伤的影响进行探讨。方法 :本实验将 48只Wister大白鼠随机分成 4组 ,空白组 ,单照组 ,单化组 ,放化组。采用6 0 Co产生r射线照射 ,照射野为全肺和心脏 ,5 0 0cGY/次 ,共 5次 ,1次 /d。化疗组 :于W1 ,W3,W5腹腔注射DDP 6mg/kg ,5 -Fu 1 5 0mg/kg。放化组经上述处理后 ,30min后放。照射后 6个月取材 ,经形态学分析 ,统计学处理。结果 :4组脊髓尼氏体变化有显著性差异 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 :DDP和 5 -Fu的放疗增敏作用对脊髓有显著影响 ,即损伤加重
Objective: This article will investigate the effect of radiosensitization of these two drugs on the late damage of normal tissue (spinal cord). Methods : 48 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, blank group, single group, single group, and radiochemical group.
