目前,国务院颁布了新修订的《信访条例》,此次修订主要增加了畅通信访渠道、创新信访工作机制、强化信访工作责任的内容,这将使群众反映情况的渠道更通畅,各级政府解决问题的关口前移,进而推动实际问题的解决。
