目的 经动脉向恶性肿瘤组织灌注碳酸氢钠和维拉帕米 ,调节恶性肿瘤细胞内外H+ 、Ca2 + 离子分布 ,观察对IL 2、IFN α 2b和ADM、MMC等介入治疗的增效作用。方法 分层随机分为单纯动脉介入化疗药物组 (A组 ) ;碳酸氢钠联合化疗药物动脉介入组 (B组 ) ;碳酸氢钠联合IL 2、IFN α2b、化疗药物介入组 (C组 ) ;碳酸氢钠、维拉帕米联合IL 2、IFN α2b介入组 (D组 ) 4个组 ,A、B、C、D4个组介入 2个疗程后判断疗效。Seldinger技术穿刺经股动脉进入肿瘤动脉血管 ,药物按一定比例稀释后灌注。结果 B组部分缓解率明显高于A组 ,D组部分缓解率均高于其它 3个组。结论 向恶性肿瘤组织灌注碳酸氢钠、维拉帕米可提高IL 2、IFN α2b、ADM、MMC等疗效
Objective To observe the synergistic effects of IL 2, IFNα 2b, ADM, MMC and other interventional drugs by intraperitoneally infusing sodium bicarbonate and verapamil into malignant tumor tissue to regulate the distribution of H + and Ca2 + ions in malignant tumor cells. Methods The patients were randomly divided into three groups: group A (B group), sodium bicarbonate alone (group B), group C (combination of sodium bicarbonate and IL 2, IFN α 2b) and chemotherapy group Sodium bicarbonate, verapamil combined IL 2, IFN α 2b intervention group (D group) 4 groups, A, B, C, D 4 groups after interventional treatment to determine the effect. Seldinger technology through the femoral artery puncture into the artery, the drug by a certain percentage of dilution after perfusion. Results The partial remission rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group A, and the remission rates in group D were higher than those in the other three groups. Conclusion The infusion of sodium bicarbonate and verapamil into malignant tumor tissue can improve the efficacy of IL 2, IFN α 2b, ADM and MMC
