应用螨体抗原片作间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)和粉尘螨抗原作酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对比检测了58例肺螨病患者、20例排除肺螨病的其他呼吸系统患者及20例健康大学生的血清,两法的阳性率肺螨病人分别为94.8%和82.8%;呼吸组病患者阴性符合率分别为100%和90%;健康大学生阴性符合率分别为100%和95%。表明两法诊断肺螨病均具有较高的敏感性和特异性,提示两法均可用于肺螨病的免疫诊断。两法联合应用较单一方法为优,阳性符合率可提高到96.6%。
