目的:探讨促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)抗高原创伤失血性休克的作用。方法:初进高原大鼠15只,分生理盐水对照组(7只),TRH治疗组(8只),右侧股骨粉碎性骨折加放血(6.0kPa,维持1h)复制创伤失血休克模型,观察静脉一次性输注TRH(5mg/kg)和等容量生理盐水对创伤失血休克大鼠血流动力学指标和动物存活时间的影响。结果:TRH(5mg/kg)一次性静脉输注能显著提升休克大鼠血压,改善包括左室内压(LVSP),左室内压最大变化速率(±dp/dtmax)、心肌最大收缩速度(Vpm)、心肌收缩向量环面积(Lo)在内的血流动力指标,维持时间超过2h,同时可明显延长休克动物的存活时间。结论:TRH一次性静脉输注有较好抗高原创伤失血休克作用,值得进一步临床验证
Objective: To investigate the effect of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) on hemorrhagic shock induced by plateau trauma. Methods: Fifteen rats were randomly divided into normal saline control group (n = 7), TRH treatment group (n = 8), right femoral comminuted fracture plus bleeding (6.0 kPa, maintained for 1 h) The effects of intravenous infusion of TRH (5 mg / kg) and normal saline on hemodynamics and animal survival time in traumatic hemorrhagic shock rats were observed. Results: One-time intravenous infusion of TRH (5 mg / kg) significantly increased blood pressure in shock rats and improved LVSP, ± dp / dtmax and Vpm, , Myocardial systolic vector lobe (Lo), including hemodynamic indicators, maintaining more than 2h, while significantly prolonging the survival time of shock animals. Conclusion: One-time intravenous infusion of TRH has good anti-platelet hemorrhagic shock and worth further clinical verification
