[目的]观察急性胰腺炎(AP)患者血浆Pentraxin 3的动态变化及临床意义.[方法]入组48例AP患者,含轻型急性胰腺炎(MAP)33例,重症急性胰腺炎(SAP) 15例.在入院后第1、3、5天收集血标本,采用ELISA法检测Pentraxin 3、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α),C反应蛋白(CRP).[结果]入院第1天,AP患者Pentraxin 3即达到峰值(P＜0.01),随后逐渐下降,其峰值早于CRP; SAP患者Pentraxin 3水平明显高于MAP患者(P＜0.01).相关性分析发现,在第1天Pentraxin 3与TNF-α、CRP呈明显正相关(P＜0.01).[结论]Pentraxin 3可能是一个较好的SAP早期诊断指标.
