目的:观察糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白(IVIg)静脉注射治疗成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的临床效果。方法:选取2008年1月～2011年12月我院收治的50例ITP患者,随机分为治疗组(25例)和对照组(25例):对照组给予糖皮质激素方案规范治疗;治疗组在上述治疗措施的基础上加用IVIg400mg/kg·d-1静脉滴注,疗程5天。结果:对照组总有效率76%,治疗组总共有效率达92%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素联合丙种球蛋白(IVIg)静脉注射治疗成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)较单用糖皮质激素疗效更好。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of intravenous injection of glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin (IVIg) on idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP). Methods: Fifty ITP patients admitted to our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 25) and control group (n = 25). The control group was treated with glucocorticoid regimen. The treatment group In the above treatment based on the addition of IVIg400mg / kg · d-1 intravenous infusion, treatment for 5 days. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 76%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Intravenous injection of glucocorticoid combined with gamma globulin (IVIg) is more effective than glucocorticoid alone in the treatment of idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) in adults.
