对沥青加铺层表面层的工作特性和材料设计的要求进行了分析,在室内通过对掺加抗剥落剂的改性沥青采取老化措施后进行延长时间的水煮法试验来判定抗剥落剂对花岗岩与改性沥青粘结力的贡献能力;通过沥青混合料马歇尔试验、水稳定性和高温稳定性试验来评价掺加抗剥落剂和水泥替代矿粉措施对花岗岩沥青混合料性能的影响。试验结果表明:仅采用水泥替代矿粉,加铺层花岗岩沥青混合料的水稳定性无法满足要求,而同时掺加Morlife300、PA-1抗剥落剂后,则花岗岩沥青混合料的残留稳定度、冻融劈裂比和动稳定度得到大幅提升。试验路近2年的检测结果表明:试验路段的路表未出现剥落、裂缝及车辙等病害,各项路用性能指标良好。
The working characteristics and material design requirements of the surface layer of asphalt overlay were analyzed. The test results show that the water stability of the overlay granite asphalt mixture can not meet the requirements only when cement is used instead of slag powder. However, when Morlife300 and PA-1 anti-stripping agent are added together, the residual stability of granite asphalt mixture, Freeze-thaw splitting ratio and dynamic stability have been greatly improved. The testing results of the test road for nearly two years show that the roadsides of the test section do not appear flaking, cracks and rutting and other diseases, and the road performance indicators are good.
