针对近期出现的产品质量事故及为了更好地提高产品质量和员工对产品质量意识的重视,4月1日,际华3543针织品牌事业部在车间内举行了一场“不良品”展览暨质量反思总结大会。大会开始前,针织品牌事业部全体员工对陈列的不良品逐一进行了参观,参观时员工不时记录着各种质量问题常出现的部位、工序,有些员工则小声讨论起了怎样避免这样的问题出现的解决办法,纷纷表示每一细微的疏忽都会给产品给车间带来较大的损失,对以后的生产认识获益匪浅。
