本文设计制作了一种静电复印技术中使用的新型感光体a—C:H/a—Se合金/Al.它是在硒感光体上沉积一层含氢非晶碳(a—C:H)而制成的。非晶碳膜的硬度高(显微硬度可达3000Kg/mm~2以上),化学惰性高,能抵抗强酸、强碱和许多有机溶剂的侵蚀,无毒等。a—C:H膜覆盖在硒感光体上既保持了硒感光体的优良的电摄影性能,又可大大增加硬度和耐磨性,延长使用寿命。
