在机车运转过程中,柴油机按额定工况工作的时间只占不大的比例。例如冬季,由于需要对机车各系统加热,柴油机有60~65%的时间是在空转。同时,占柴油机工作过程全部时间的65~70%的换气过程,只是在额定工况和接近额定工况时对气缸的充气和排气才最为有利。对配气相位及气门运动规律现有的调节方法所进行的分析,证实了利用电液传动的气门机构是合理的。
In the locomotive operation process, the diesel engine rated working conditions only account for a small proportion of time. For example, in winter, due to the need to heat the locomotive system, diesel engines have 60 to 65% of the time in idling. At the same time, 65% to 70% of the entire ventilation process, which takes up the entire working process of a diesel engine, is only most favorable for the inflation and deflation of the cylinders when operating at rated conditions and approaching rated conditions. The analysis of the existing adjustment methods of the valve timing and the valve movement pattern proves that it is reasonable to use a valve mechanism driven by electrohydraulic drive.
