目的:为忍冬Lonicera japonica Thunb.果实的开发利用及优良品种选育提供基础数据。方法:利用色谱法测定氨基酸含量;利用原子吸收分光光度法测定微量元素含量。结果:品系YTH-001、品系YTH-002和品系YTH-003 3个品系中各氨基酸含量较为相似,品系JYH-001和品系SYH-001中各氨基酸含量均较少;不同品系忍冬果实Zn、Fe、Sn元素含量的差异与它们之间的亲缘关系有密切联系。YTH-001、YTH-002、YTH-003三个品系为良种“亚特红”及其变型,亲缘关系较近。结论:“亚特红”品系忍冬果实较其它品系忍冬果实富Zn、Fe,具有较高开发价值。
OBJECTIVE: To provide the basic data for the development and utilization of Lonicera japonica Thunb. Methods: The content of amino acids was determined by chromatography. The content of trace elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The contents of amino acids in three lines of YTH-001, YTH-002 and YTH-003 were similar, and the contents of amino acids in JYH-001 and SYH-001 were less than those in other lines. The contents of Zn, Fe , The difference of Sn content is closely related to the genetic relationship between them. The three lines of YTH-001, YTH-002 and YTH-003 are of “elite” and their variants, and their genetic relationship is relatively close. Conclusion: “Yatong red” strain of honeysuckle fruit has higher development value than other strains of honeysuckle fruit with Zn and Fe.
