目的 了解蚂蚁粉对宫内发育迟缓 (IU GR)胎鼠的大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的作用。 方法 怀孕大鼠分为三组 ,不吸烟空白对照组 (A组 ) 14只 ,被动吸烟致 IU GR模型 (B组 ) 18只 ,被动吸烟致IUGR喂食蚂蚁粉组 (C组 ) 16只 ,观察各组胎鼠的大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的病理情况。 结果 A、B、C组 ,IU GR发生率分别为 3.6 % ,86 .86 %和 40 .13% ;胚胎早期吸收与死亡率分别为 3.45 % ,34 .5 5 %和 15 .0 8% ,C组 IU GR发生率及胚胎早期吸收与死亡率均明显下降 ,P<0 .0 1,且胎鼠大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的病理变化有明显改善。 结论 食用蚂蚁粉对吸烟引起的 IU GR胎鼠的大脑 ,肝脏和胎盘的生长发育有显著的促进与保护作用。
Objective To understand the effects of ant powder on the brain, liver and placenta of intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) fetuses. Methods The pregnant rats were divided into three groups: 14 non-smoking control group (A group), 18 IU GR models (passive smoking) in group B, 16 IUGR fed ants powder group (passive smoking) in group C, observed Brain, liver, and placenta pathology in each group. Results In groups A, B and C, the incidence of IU GR was 3.6%, 86.86% and 40.13%, respectively; the early embryo absorption and mortality were 3.45 %, 34.55 % and 15. 0 % respectively. The incidence of IU GR in the C group and the early embryonic uptake and mortality were significantly decreased, P < 0.01, and the pathological changes of the fetal brain, liver and placenta were significantly improved. Conclusion The consumption of ant powder has a significant promotion and protective effect on the growth and development of brain, liver and placenta of IU GR fetal rats induced by smoking.
